Cogmed Working Memory Training is a science-based, computer-guided program designed to improve attention, focus, and working memory. It is web-based and self-paced. You can watch the Demo Video on our home page. It’s used by children, teens, and adults who struggle with attention difficulties, ADHD, learning challenges, or cognitive overload. The program adapts to each user’s ability and is supported by a Cogmed coach to help track progress and build real-world cognitive gains.

❤️ 2. Who Are The Good Candidates for the Cogmed Working Memory Training Program?

Cogmed is ideal for children, teens, and adults who struggle with attention, focus, or working memory. It’s invaluable for individuals with ADHD, learning differences, mild traumatic brain injury, or executive functioning challenges. Good candidates are motivated, able to follow instructions, and can commit to training sessions between 25-50 minutes for 3–5 days per week for 5-13 weeks (depends on which program you choose to do), with support from a parent, caregiver, or coach.

❤️ 3. What do You Need to Do to Get Enrolled in the Cogmed Working Memory Training Program?

✅ A. Review the information on our homepage to understand more about the program, and review the Cogmed Packages on our website.

✅ B. If you are interested after that, please Contact Us via email or call/text with the words (“interested in Cogmed”) or with any questions, and we will send you more information.

✅ C. Schedule an appointment for an Intake (via a video call similar to Zoom format). After the Intake, if you are qualified to sign up for this program, we will set up an account for you to have full access to the Cogmed App platform for the training period.

❤️ 4. Does Insurance Cover the Cogmed Training Program?

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover the Cogmed Training Program. You need to pay out of pocket. However, if you need to pay in two installments, please notify us. Thanks.
